Accounting Specialist
(Turkey)

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming New Leads, Setting Meetings, Follow-Ups

• Onboarding New Customers

• Issue invoices to customers, as needed

• Gathers data and conduct analysis of company sales and profitability,

• Develops methods for measuring company sales performance,

• Evaluates sales processes, programs, and systems to minimize costs and improve customer satisfaction,

• Facilitates sharing of reports and sales data between sales, marketing, and other departments

 

We want you to join us while we are taking a step into the future if you:

 

• Have a minimum of 2 years experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Business Insights & Analytics, Finance

• Have a Bachelor’s Degree,

• Turkish CPA (SMMM) License will be considered as a plus,

• USGAAP experience is a big plus,

• Accounting Software Systems is a big plus,

• Have expert knowledge in one or more functional areas such as Enterprise Planning, Sales Productivity and Readiness, Sales Enablement, Sales Operations,

• Have extensive knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel,

• Have the ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable deliverables, messages, and presentations,

• Have the demonstrated ability to implement sales processes, procedures and policies,

• Have excellent written and verbal communication skills in Business English,

• Have excellent cross-group collaboration skills,

• Are highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and ability to operate in ambiguous environments

• Location: Mostly home office – PLUS Istanbul office

• Work hours will be based on US TIME ZONES

• Travelling might be required
