Professional Experience
Baran began his academic journey in economics at Ege University and had the opportunity to partake in the Erasmus program in his third year, studying economics at Universidade do Porto in Portugal. During his academic years, he developed an interest in macroeconomic modeling, becoming proficient with econometrics software such as EViews and Gretl.
Role in Manay CPA
He embarked on his professional career as an intern at Ziraat Bank, later serving as a junior accountant at a company operating in the fuel, accommodation, and construction sectors. Most recently, he worked as an Accounting and Reporting Assistant at Longosphere Glamping, and now, he has joined the Accounting Operations team at Manay CPA.
Personal Interests
Beyond his professional life, Baran enjoys a variety of hobbies. He has a passion for video games and outdoor activities such as fishing and hiking. He also spends his free time watching educational content, fulfilling his ongoing interest in learning.
