Gulcin Gurule, CTC

Gulcin Gurule serves as Partner & California Office Leader at Manay CPA Inc. with responsibilities in corporate taxation, transfer pricing, tax resolution & IRS representation, tax audits and tax litigation. During her tenure at Deloitte / Turkey Office, Gulcin provided tax consulting and tax auditing services to major international clients in several sectors including media, tobacco, alcohol, automobile industry, construction, food processing etc. With 6+ years of Deloitte experience and knowledge, she understands the complexities of the U.S. and international tax systems and analyzes tax implications from business and individual perspectives.

Gulcin recently received her Master of Science in Legal Studies (Taxation) degree from the University of San Diego School of Law, San Diego, CA in 2019 with honors. She also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Izmir University of Economics and Bachelor of Public Finance degree from Dokuz Eylul University. Gulcin is a Certified Public Accountant in Turkey since 2013.
