She serves as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Manay CPA, spearheading strategic initiatives to drive growth by identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. Partnering with marketing, she crafts data-driven strategies to generate high-quality leads and expand market presence. By setting ambitious goals and leveraging in-depth market analysis, she ensures sustained success through strong relationships with key stakeholders and internal teams. Additionally, she represents the firm at industry events, delivering influential presentations and leading cross-functional initiatives to enhance business development efforts. 

Personal Interests

Originally from Atlanta, GA, and having lived in Costa Rica for four years, she is fluent in English, proficient in Spanish, and she has a basic understanding of Italian. Rocio currently attends and serves at Futures Church in Alpharetta, where she enjoys helping onboard and train new volunteers as a New People Coordinator. Passionate about giving back, she also finds fulfillment in mentoring others and serving their community. Outside of church, Rocio loves hiking, photography, and spending time at home in East Cobb with her husband, cat, and dog.
