Professional Experience 

Aleyna Zerrin Tomazos is a graduate with a degree in Psychological Counseling and is currently pursuing her Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology at İstanbul Bilgi University, deepening her understanding of workplace behavior and dynamics. She began her career as a Psychological Counselor, conducting individual and group sessions to support students in setting goals and achieving their plans. Afterward, she transitioned to the field of Human Resources and gained hands-on experience as an HR Intern, mastering candidate assessment, recruitment, and onboarding processes. Aleyna worked on international recruitment projects, managing candidate sourcing, evaluations, and communication to ensure seamless hiring processes at Ascari in Prague. As a Recruiter at Kodland, she focused on identifying and hiring B2C professionals, contributing to the growth and success of the organization’s global team.

Role in Manay CPA

Aleyna assists in managing the full recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for both internal positions and client projects. She works closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and tailors recruitment strategies accordingly. She also provides administrative support, such as scheduling interviews, handling candidate follow-ups, and ensuring a smooth process. Additionally, she participates in new employee onboarding, facilitating a seamless transition into the company and ensuring that new hires are well-integrated.

Personal Interests

Beyond her professional life, she enjoys staying active, exploring cultural diversity. She is also dedicated to studying Greek and finds joy in creating pottery.
